In the 1930s the Kingsbury Run area of Cleveland was known for its gruff attitude, violence, and a famous serial killer. Conversely, at the turn of the millenium, the Cleveland music scene was bursting with tons of raw up and coming talent. Kingsbury Run plays as a pseudo-soundtrack to those earlier repressed times, collecting a cross-section of that talent and showcasing it under the direction of Jmann and Skinny.
